Phone numbers provided through our service remain the property of smskody.com and its providers. Numbers are intended for verification purposes only.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely. Cancelled and expired rentals are automatically refunded to your account balance. Each rental lasts 20 minutes.

Prohibited Activities

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
