Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Phone Numbers

Phone numbers provided through our service remain the property of smskody.com and its providers. Numbers are intended for verification purposes only.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed via cryptocurrency. All deposits are final. Once funds are added to your account balance, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged back into cryptocurrency, fiat currency, or any other payment method, for any reason.

Individual phone number rentals that are cancelled by you, or that expire without a code being received, are automatically credited back to your account balance so the funds remain available to purchase another number. This balance credit does not entitle you to a refund of your original deposit, and does not apply once a rental has successfully delivered a code.

Acceptable Use and Your Responsibility

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service — including any account, platform, or third-party service you access, register, or verify using a phone number obtained through smskody.com — complies with all applicable laws and with that third party's own terms of service.

smskody.com provides temporary phone number rental services only. We do not monitor, control, endorse, or have any knowledge of what you use a rented number for. We bear no responsibility or liability for any illegal, unauthorized, or improper use of the Service by you or any other user, and we are not a party to your dealings with any third-party platform or service. By using the Service, you agree to indemnify and hold smskody.com, its owners, and operators harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or liability arising from your use of the Service.

Prohibited Activities

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, smskody.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, or from any third-party platform's response to your use of a rented number.
